- Lead frontend architecture on premium client products
- Build and maintain design systems teams can extend
- Own performance budgets and Core Web Vitals
- Mentor engineers through code review and pairing

- Strong React and TypeScript experience in production
- Comfortable with Next.js App Router and server components
- An eye for motion, spacing, and interface detail
- Experience with automated testing and CI
