The challenge
Elephant Studio needed a fully custom shirt-ordering experience, not an off-the-shelf storefront. We built the entire platform on Laravel 13 with a hand-rolled style-and-fit wizard: customers choose sleeve type, collar style, button color, and shirt color, then dial in their own measurements — each size and color carries its own admin-configurable price. The build includes Razorpay checkout, an advanced coupon engine (percentage/fixed/free-shipping with usage limits and date windows), customer accounts with order history, returns/replacements, a full admin dashboard for products/orders/reviews, and complete SEO — structured data (Product, Organization, Breadcrumb, FAQPage), a dynamic sitemap, and Open Graph tags — deployed on shared hosting.
Our approach
We ran a focused discovery sprint, designed a system from first principles, and shipped in weekly increments — keeping Elephant Studio involved at every step. The stack (Laravel, PHP, MySQL, Tailwind CSS, Razorpay) was chosen for speed, maintainability, and scale.
